How to Donate

To make a gift to the Jorge Jackson Scholarship Fund, please be sure to indicate that your gift is in honor of Jorge Jackson when you complete the form below.

(You do not have to provide tribute card information - we will take care
of the notification.)

You may make a secure gift online or you may print the form below and mail it in with your donation. Donations are tax deductible – Federal ID #: 95-3969029.

Listed below are suggested sponsorship levels that can truly impact a needy student who wishes to attend UCLA this coming year:

$7,500 – Full tuition scholarship
$5,000 – Partial tuition, books, fees
$2,500 – Books for one year
$1,000 – Books for half a year
