How do social entrepreneurs measure success?

Our best measure of success is the extent to which we create social value.

We create change by:

Adopting a mission to create value from the perspective of the people we serve;

Recognizing and pursuing new opportunities to serve that mission;

Engaging in a process of continuous learning, adaptation and innovation;

Acting boldly without being necessarily limited to resources on hand; and

Exhibiting integrity and accepting accountability for creating tangible social and economic benefits for our clients.

Our Impact

NEW helps familiesNEW moves families from poverty to prosperity. Our Success Stories provide just a small glimpse of our families' willingness to work hard, their perseverance and their hope.

We also strive to share what we learn from our work by helping to shape Policy and share Resources. Our work in the policy arena is focused on giving low-income families the knowledge and tools to accumulate, protect and grow their financial assets so they can gain control over their economic future. We partner with numerous educational and service organizations and are happy to provide links to and downloads of their reports as resources to the community.

Each year, our impact is measured by the ways we improve the lives of the people we touch and help make their dreams come true. If you believe in this vision, help us help our families.
