Affordable Homes
The goal of the NEW CASA program is to Create Assets Sustainability & Abundance (CASA) by helping low and moderate-income homebuyers purchase homes they can move into and enjoy at prices they can afford.

Stable Communities
Abandoned and foreclosed homes are bad for neighborhoods. They often fall into disrepair and attract crime. NEW CASA's goal is to stabilize communities by purchasing abandoned and foreclosed properties, repairing and improving the homes, and putting them back on the market in move-in ready condition.
Better than Before
With a commitment to being as environmentally friendly as possible, NEW improves every home it purchases. These improvements often include new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, remodeled kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and landscaping to enhance “curb appeal” and brighten the neighborhood. How to Buy
There are three steps to purchase a home through NEW CASA:
1. Qualify
The first step is to find out if you are eligible to participate in the NEW CASA Program.
2. Apply
Once you have determined that you meet the qualifications to buy a home through the NEW CASA program, take a required Homebuyer Education Workshop in English or Spanish and learn more about financial assistance that may be available. Then make an appointment to meet with a NEW homeownership counselor for your personal assessment.
3. Submit an Offer
The third step is to select a home from NEW CASA and submit an offer. Your NEW homeownership counselor will help you through the process. Get started today on the path to owning your own home.
